The Printables Library at Kids Activities FAQs
This is my first time at The Printables Library at Kids Activities. What do I do?
First of all, welcome! Thanks so much for stopping by. You can visit our New Here page to find out more about us and why this is going to quickly become your new favorite printables resource site!
Do I need to register to download anything?
Yes, you’ll need to register for an account in order to download the printables.
I clicked on the link in the Welcome email, but when I click on Login, it flashes and then goes back to the home screen. What’s going on?!
Don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong – you’re just already logged in! =) When you click on the link from your welcome email, it automatically logged you in. Go ahead and start browsing and printing!
What if I just want the free printables – do I still have to register?
Even free downloads require an account, but you can register for a free membership just for the freebies.
I used a coupon code to get a free month of Premium Printables, but I can’t access them! What gives?!
First, thanks so much for signing up! In order to redeem your free 30-days of Premium Printables with a coupon code, you still have to fully complete the PayPal transaction. You’ll get the first 30 days free and can cancel anytime before that time is up. However, you must fully complete the PayPal transaction. That means that if you click away from PayPal before it’s done setting up the recurring transaction after those 30 days, you won’t be set up with the free trial. You can still access the free printables, but the transaction must be complete in order to gain access to the Premium Printables.
If you did fully complete your transaction, make sure you’re signed in. 😉
If that still doesn’t work, email us at Printables@KidsActivitiesBlog.com and we’ll look into it for you.
I registered, but I keep seeing the Join Now! message on the homepage (or as the main image when I’m on mobile). Why?
Don’t worry – that’s just the main image on the page. Use the menu bar at the top or scroll down to explore the printables.
How do I download a printable?
Click on the link next to “Download & Print” and it will download the file to your computer.
When I click on the printable I want to download, there’s no download button – just a Join Now button. I’m signed in, so what gives?!
If you’re signed in as a Free Member and click on a printable that is a Subscriber Printable (either monthly or yearly), you’ll see the Join Now message at the bottom of posts that are for paid subscribers only. You can always upgrade your membership at any time by registering here. Monthly subscribers will also see the same message if they’re trying to access Yearly Subscriber Exclusives.
How do I print a printable?
Open the pdf file that downloaded and from the menu options choose print.
What size paper do I need to print out the printables?
The majority of the printables in The Printables Library at Kids Activities Blog are sized to be printed on 8.5″ x 11″ paper.
My printable isn’t printing correctly! It’s huge and runs off the page. Help!
Just click “Fit to Page” on your printer settings before clicking the print button and it will print out properly.
I wanted to get my printable printed at the office supply/printing store and they said I need a release. What is that and where can I get it?!
Don’t worry! You can download this PRINTING RELEASE to use at your local copy shop. If they still need proof, just send them to this page or have them email us at PrintablesLibrary@KidsActivitiesBlog.com.
What is cardstock? I see it mentioned a lot on the printables pages?
Cardstock is heavier paper that can be run through most printers. It’s sold at most craft and office supply stores and comes in many different colors.
I keep getting an error message that says, “Oops this printable is not available at your subscriber level.” What does that mean?
We have three tiers of membership: Free, Monthly, and Yearly. There are printables that are exclusive to paid subscribers, so if you’re getting that message, check to see if you’re signed in. If you only have a Free account, you won’t be able to access anything other than the freebies. If you’re on the Monthly subscription plan, you won’t have access to the Exclusive Bonus Printables for Yearly subscribers. Yearly subscribers have access to all of the printables at The Printables Library at Kids Activities Blog. You can subscribe or upgrade your membership at any time from this link.
What is the cost for membership?
The Free membership is complimentary. The Monthly subscription fee is $5.99 per month. Yearly subscribers save 20% over Monthly subscribers with a yearly cost of $59.99.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment exclusively through PayPal.
I don’t have a PayPal account, but I want to subscribe. Help!
Don’t worry! PayPal allows you to input your credit card information in their secure system to pay. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use it; you just need to go through their site for payment processing.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the instant access and download nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
Do I have to have a printer to print out the pages?
In order to print out the pages, you do have to have access to a printer. If you don’t have one at home, you can save the printable pdf file on a thumb drive and take it to an office supply store where their printing center can print it for you.
How can I save on ink? I noticed that a lot of the printables are in color.
Great question! To print in black and white, just choose “greyscale” in your printing options.
I’d love to see an idea I have turned into a printable. Will you make it for me?
We’d love to hear your idea and, if we can, we’d be happy to make it and add it to The Printables Library at Kids Activities Blog! You can shoot an email with your idea to us at email@example.com.
Can I feature a printable that we did from The Printables Library at Kids Activities on my blog?
I’m a teacher and would like to use the printables in the classroom. Is that okay?
You may! Our printables may be used at home or in the classroom.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Monthly or Yearly recurring subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to Settings (the gear shaped icon in the top right). Once in Settings, click on the Payments tab. Click on Manage Pre-Approved payments. Next, click on the transaction for Holly Homer Enterprises, LLC. for the Monthly (or Yearly) Premium Membership. Click on Cancel. That will cancel your recurring membership, but you’ll still have access for the remainder of your paid subscription period. If you have any trouble, just contact us at Printables@KidsActivitiesBlog.com.
